A gruesome discovery was made in Kwazakhele, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape on Thursday afternoon when four men were found shot dead inside a silver Toyota Corolla in Thanduxolo Mbete Street.
The incident, which occurred at around 4:30 pm, has left the community in shock and the police scrambling for answers.
According to Captain Andre Beetge, the police spokesperson, the details of the incident were still sketchy, but four counts of murder were under investigation.
“New Brighton police were alerted to a shooting incident on Thursday afternoon in Kwazakhele. On arrival, police discovered the bodies of the four men seated in a silver Toyota Corolla,” Beetge said.
