Assemblies of God Church Members Hold Hilltop Prayer Session Seeking God’s Intervention.
Kariega – In a bid to combat the escalating crime rate in KwaNobuhle, the Assemblies of God Church recently organized a hilltop prayer session next to the Laetitia Bam Day Hospital.

The event, which took place on Sunday 02 March , saw church members and a few community members come together to pray for the residents of KwaNobuhle.
Pastor Mthuthuzeli Price of Assemblies of God , who led the prayer session, emphasized that it’s time for God to take control over Kariega.
“We are tired of the crime and violence that has plagued our community for far too long,” he said. “We believe that God is the answer to our problems, and we are seeking His intervention to bring peace and safety to our residents.”

” We trust that God will hear our prayers and bring transformation to our community” said Pastor Prince
Sister Busisiwe Sofute said ” “God revealed the hilltop to me, and I felt compelled to explore the area, sensing a divine purpose awaiting me there.”
“Prayer is not just about asking for things, but about becoming the person God wants us to be.”
When we pray, we open the door for God to work in our lives.” said Sofute

Sphelo Goduka told Daily Kasi News “We believe that prayer is the key to unlocking a safer and more peaceful community.”
“As children of God, we have the power to effect change in our community through prayer.” Said Goduka
Mama Nophelo Menti said ” “We’re not just praying for ourselves, but for the entire community to be free from crime and violence.” Said Menti
The prayer session was a call to action for the community to come together and seek divine intervention. Church members and community leaders are urging residents to join forces in the fight against crime and to seek God’s guidance and protection.

The Assemblies of God Church has pledged to continue praying for the community and to work towards finding solutions to the crime problem. The church is also calling on other community leaders and organizations to join them in their efforts to make KwaNobuhle a safer and more peaceful place to live.
